Right of withdrawal
You always have the right to withdraw from your order as provided for by the reference legislation Legislative Decree 206 of 06/09/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 within 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, ends after 30 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last good, without having to provide any reason.
Holiday Period: If the purchase is made between November 1st and December 25th, the return can be made by January 31st or within 30 days of receiving the product, whichever occurs first.

Please specify your order number along with the email address you entered during the purchase process.
To this end, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form ( click here to download the form ), or any other type of explicit written declaration of your intention to withdraw from the order.
Once we receive your report, our Staff will send a confirmation email containing the return authorization.
Send the package within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.
The goods will be collected by a courier selected by us at the address you communicated
The receipt must be retained until the refund is received.
In the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Nada Home reserves the right to charge any damage incurred by withholding it from the sums to be refunded.

RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for the Staff to accept the return request, the following conditions must be met:

The guarantee seal and the authenticity label, present on all products sold on our site, must be intact;

The products must be in the same condition as shipped and must be packaged possibly using our packaging;

The goods must not have been used or otherwise altered in any way.
All the documents received must be included in the package. Finally, we remind you that, pursuant to Italian law, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by consumers, i.e. by people who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity.
RETURN EVASION
Once the good condition of the returned products has been verified, within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal, Nada Home will proceed with the refund including shipping costs and any customs clearance costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). You are only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Once the return arrives at the warehouse, its contents are analyzed and the reason is identified. From the moment the return is accepted, the refund procedures begin.
If the Customer has returned an order paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself.
The credit on the card will be available according to the times established by the credit institution that issued it. The buyer will receive evidence of this in the statement.
All refunds for orders for which payment on delivery has been chosen are issued via bank transfer, therefore in this case the communication of the buyer's bank account details is required.

REFUND POLICY
Following the consumer's withdrawal, all payments made will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is aware of the intention to withdraw from this contract or, in any case, from the return of the goods. These refunds will be made, without additional costs, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
REPLACEMENTS OF DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS TO WHAT WAS ORDERED
If the Customer receives a defective product or a product that does not conform to the order, Nada Home undertakes to replace it free of charge in the shortest possible time. Any defects and/or shipping errors must be communicated in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods and necessarily demonstrated by sending photos.
The courier will then collect the product and once the goods have arrived at the office, the replacement product will be shipped. The defective or non-compliant item must be returned complete, intact, in its packaging. The package must be prepared using the same packaging if possible, and inserting the appropriate copy of the sales document inside.
In case of unavailability of the replacement product, Nada Home will refund the buyer the full amount of the order, including shipping costs. The return will always be paid by Nada Home.

This tool can be used by the European Consumer to resolve in a non-judicial manner any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated online and/or deriving from the same.
